YES ITS A MPLS L3VPN 

THE ADVANGES ARE MANY AS ALL THESE TECHOLOGIES HAVE THERE OWN BENIFITS 

FOR EG.

VRF 

THEY PROVIDE CUSTOMER CONFIDENTIALITY AND BETTER MANAGMENT.

ITS EASY TO FILLTER ROUTES ALSO 

MP-BGP 

I DONT HAVE TO RUN A SEPRATE SESSION OR PROTOCOL TO ADVERTISE VPN ROUTES ,PLUS I HAVE A ADDED BONUS OF BGP SCALABILITY 

MPLS 

MY CORE IS BGP FREE AND I CAN HAVE USE MY NETWORK MUCH MORE BETTER WITH TE AND MANY OTHER MPLS FEATURES .
