Principal Network Architect - Array Networks

CCNA Certification is most famous networking Certification but competition level is very high just like some other IT domains like Java, PHP etc.

If you really want to establish a strong career in Cisco Networking, then i would suggest you to choose CCIE as your aim.

There will be many who will say CCIE is not for freshers or CCIE is very tough. CCIE is tough, but its worth it.

I have seen many CCNA or CCNP level engineers with over 10 years of experience and getting salary package as low as 10 lacs per annum even after having 10 years of experience, because of lack of knowledge. They have experience and they are good in what they are doing from last 10 years but their knowledge is limited to their experience only.

But i have also seen freshers including me, who started their careers as CCIE engineers 3 years back, and now we are getting over 10 lacks package. Next year few of those 10 years experienced Cisco Network Engineers will be working under me.

I am not saying that those CCNA engineers with 10 years of experience don't know anything. i am just saying that they have very limited knowledge.

A CCNA engineer with 10 years of experience, can not compete with a CCIE engineer with 3 years of experience. I hope i have made my point here.

And thanks NB for such wonderful training.
