Why does IKEv1 phase 1 use UDP port 500 in both source and dest.? but in other vendor like Juniper uses random port number as a source?

Hello Tarun,

Please confirm the question , as per Juniper SRX IPsec VPN guide it also used Source and Destination port as 500.
