QOS of service includes some steps:-

1)Classification

2)Marking

3)Queuing

4)Congestion Management and avoidance

Classification is done through NBAR . NBAR allows network routers to recognize programs ( you can use match protocol keyword in class map ) and take various actions in policy maps.
