What is the use of BGP Dynamic Neighborship where we can configure it ?

BGP dynamic neighbor ship can be used in EBGP scenarios , where we are using common sub networks of a subnet.

If can be usefull in cases when one side in BGP neighborship dont have fixed IP's.
