Unable to read console screen of Cisco 3750 Switch?

I have changed these baud rate with XON/XOFF and none but unable to find out issue, 

110, 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 14400, 19200,38400, 57600, 115200, 128000 and 256000

if you have tried all the baud rates than i will prefer to change the console cable, buy an original one and if you are using USB to serial converter than try to change that too.
