If we do not have HSRP , VRRP or GLBP how can we provide load balancing and redundency in network, is there any other way?

Extreme Standby Router Protocol (ESRP) - Extreme Networks NetScreen Redundancy Protocol (NSRP) - a Juniper Networks Routed Split multi-link trunking (R-SMLT) - an Avaya

These are some vendor specific protocols available to provide first hop redundancy other than cisco.Every vendor has its own solution for the same.
