How can I make 3 login IDs in a cisco router with 3 different rights?

  1. First right should be full admin rights with all levels & configuration changes commands to him.
  2. Second should be only copy command in the privilege mode for only taking the configuration backup of the router through TFTP.
  3. Third should be only with a user right who can only run there commands - ping, traceroute, extended traceroute, show command, exit, help.

How can I implement there 3 types of login IDs in any cisco router?
