Ans1-If your DHCP server is in same broadcast domain, there is no need of gia address.Lets say according to your topology R2 is member of vlan 2 and R3 is member of vlan 3 , no gia address is required as link between SW1 and Router would be trunk.

Ans2-NO information about microsoft DHCP.

Ans3-You have to configure one of the two solutions available.
