Does "IP helper address" relays TCP broadcast ?

I know that the interfaces configured with " ip helper address" will convert a UDP broadcast into a unicast and route the packet to the destined ip.

But does IP helper address also does same with TCP broadcast.

NO , only for udp broadcasts it works.
