What are the prerequisites of CCIE Training?

Before taking CCIE training, its suggested to take CCNA and CCNP training first.

But for attempting CCIE certification exam you don't need to fulfill any prerequisites. Which says you can directly attempt CCIE certification exam without passing any CCNA or CCNP exam.
