Unable to ping DC ( windows server 2016) but able to take RDP?

Hi Team,

I am not able to ping my Domain controller ( windows server 2016) but able to take remote control,

getting error msg : request time out.

please suggest me what will be the issue.

HI , can you check your server's Firewall settings, generally incoming ping packets are not allowed and request timeout means you are able to reach your destination but no reply in an adequate amount of time.
