Multicast data across DMZ with proxy server?

I'm trying to setup a testbed to send Multicast stream within the internal network as well as across DMZ over to 3rd party network attached via perimeter router.  There is a proxy server behind the perimeter router within the DMZ and would like to know how the multicast data can be delivered to the external network across DMZ.  Could anyone help here?
