How we can communicate using layer 2 device in intervlan ?

We can't configure intervlan by using layer2 device but we can configure svi on switch (layer3).
svi work as well as intervlan.. here below are some configuration and pic.

For inter vlan routing we need layer 3 device I.e Router or layer 3 switches by using SVI's
