My online gaming experience suffer for no obvious reason!?

I am a gamer and I play on DSL connection type. I have 0 packet loss, 0 choke and ping is very fine, but my online experience suffer most if not all the time in "any kind of FPS game"

A lot of weird things are going on like no hit registeration in server sided games and micro stutters in client sided games during shooting. The place where I see an enemy is totally different than where he is actually. My game engine stutters unable to deal with that. Input lags are totaly unstable whether they are legs movements, jumps or crosshair movements. The worst nightmare possible for a competitive gamer....

In some games like apex legends there is more like half a second! of input lag for any single fire weapon and in CS:GO the first shoot make the game stutter. No game without issues.

I have pretty good SNR margin from 25-35 on downstream and around 11-16 SNR on upstream. I also have very oow attenuation around 10 on both up and downstream. thetr are some very rare CRC errors detected across the day and sometimes none and like I said I have a very stable ping in games! and my system can do hundreds of FPS, but from where the f...k this issue comes from. excuse my language... 

I am not a bad player. I had my name on leaderboards previousely.
