Router is rebooting itself continuously, how can I stop it first and then resolve the below error ?

I tried booting it from flash: but unsuccessful. Unable to enter into CLI Mode from ROMMON mode..

 

 

First right should be full admin rights with all levels & configuration changes commands to him. Second should be only copy command in the privilege mode for only taking the configuration backup of the router through TFTP. We have one of our customers who have a Cisco c890x (c892) series router and they want to configure PPPoe without NATing (running IPsec tunnel) with a BSNL Broadband router running on bridged mode; as the ISP. We are receiving PADI timer expired as the error logs on the router. If the NBians trainers could help us with this, we would be greatly thankful.... (more)
