Packet Sniffer? (Use Jpcap or npcap,.(libraries if you are going to use java. READ the Docs.)). Doing this using python is alot easier though.  Port Scanner? Hey, At least do Graduation (f you want to go IT afterwords chose computer science). If you go BCA + MCA no problem there (except time : 5 Years Plus alot of money, and it really drains away the interest.) Get a pdf for ccna (online : just do a normal google search.....shouldnt be too hard to find.). read the syllabus. Also, get programming at hand (not alot but it sure will help.) YES, its to... Hello, How will you detect the train and trigger the signal is another subject. But the IP addressing scheme seems quite easy and sequential. It will be alot better if you make yourself comfortable with the IP Addressing, It will start to make sense instantly. There are some applications running in real time scenarios like NetBIOS and LAT which can not be routed so u have to enable transparent bridging on router make this communication possible.

Dear, It means Stateless auto configuration ,stateless address configuration means that the client picks their own address based on the prefix being advertised on their connected interface. all Cisco devices have the ability to participate in SLAAC. This is a unique feature only to IPv6.
