Summarisation192.168.10.0 and 20.0?

The networks 192.168.10.0, 192.168.20.0, 192.168.30.0, 192.168.40.0 can 192.168.10.0 and 192.168.20.0 be summarised or we can enable prefix list, without including 30.0 and 40.0

Do i need to run neighbor (IP address ) update-source (interface loopback)?
